Jackie Marie Jones Barrientos, 66, of Call, died Saturday, July 12, 2008, in Christus-St. Mary Hospital in Port Arthur.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, under direction of Claybar Funeral Home. The Rev. W.W. Smith and Deacon Harvey Dubois will officiate.

Born on July 22, 1941, in Orange, the daughter of Floyd and Sybil (Sanford) Jones, she was a teacher for many years and was retired from the Kirbyville school district.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Sybil Jones; and brother, Jimmy Harold Jones.

Survivors include her husband, Tom Barrientos; son, David “Bear” Barrientos both of Call; grandchild, Bailey and husband Shane Skinner of Kirbyville; one great-grandchild, Brody Skinner of Kirbyville; brothers and sisters-in-law, Floyd David Jones and Randie of Bridge City and Billy Wayne Jones and Linda of Little Cypress; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives.

Serving as pallbearers are Jeff Jones, Collin Jones, Billy Wayne Jones Jr., Randall Jones, Ricky Jones, Jerry Sanford, Tony Barrientos, and Joe Barrientos.

Honorary pallbearers are members of the Little Cypress High class of 1959.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the American Heart Association, 7415 Eastex Plaza Drive Beaumont, 77708 (980-8800), the family said.
