Stalking, drug and theft indictments handed down by jury
An Orange County grand jury has handed down the following indictments:
All persons listed are from Orange unless otherwise indicated:
Theft from a person: Tonya Clarisse Brown, 28, of Vidor.
Felony theft: Denikia Yvonne Stevens, 22; Willhemia Danyeal Walker, 28; Sean Milton Crooks, 18, of Bridge City; Brian Keith Morrow, 39; and Randy Kent Ware, 60., and Tommy Gifford Kay, 45.
Failure of a sex offender to report intent to change address: Michale Wayne Modglin, 37, unknown address.
Burglary of a habitation, Shannon Alan Harrington, 20, of Vidor; Guy Craig Hooper, 22, of Beaumont; and Tori Rae Martin, 18.
Deadly conduct / aggravated assault: Herman Devitt Barber, 30, of Vidor. According to the indictment, a man ahot at a moving vehicle and hit the driver in the back.
Tampering with a governmental record: Tony Damon Henry, 36, of Vidor; and Andrew Guy Dunwoody, 32, of Mauriceville.
Attempted burglary of a habitation: Bryan Alvin Mericle, 27, and Bradley J. Gilliam, 34.
Felony forgery: Donald Arthur Vaughn Jr., 35, of Kirbyville.
Unlawful possession of firearm by felon: Cedric Eugene Mouton, 28.
Failure to stop and render aid: Joshua Daniel Dickersheid, 18.
Stalking: Matthew Douglas Wood, 19. The indictment alleges that a man terrorized a Vidor family over a period of time.
Aggravated sexual assault: Randall Joshua Scott Boyd, 18, of Vidor.
Debit card abuse: Willis Arve Bryant, 22, of Vidor.
Unauthorized use of a vehicle: Rhonda Kaye Ladd, 46, of Silsbee.
Felony possession of a controlled substance: Derrick Lamar Barfield, 36, of San Pablo, Calif. A man was found to possess cocaine after a minor traffic accident.
Injury to a child: Jessie Wayne Wyatt, 47.
