Assault, robbery charges lead indictments
Sexual assault, robbery and drug charged topped Orange County grand jury indictments released this week, according to District Attorney John Kimbrough’s office.
Individuals listed are from Orange unless otherwise indicated.
Charged with aggravated sexual assault in four separate cases stemming from February and July of this year, is James B. Chisen III.
Kyle James Folk, 23, is charged with robbery.
Felony possession of a controlled substance charges went to Xavier Alexander King, 23; Walter David Norwood, 49, of Mauriceville; and Rickie Lee Green, 51, of Vidor.
Other indictments include:
Felony bail jumping: Brian Lee Blair, 48.
Felony theft: Jerad Scott Ridgaway, 28; Lisa Louisa Semien, 41; Donald Powell Jr., 45; and Samuel Earl Mitchell, 38; Christopher Dean Bennett, 28, address unknown.
Credit / debit card abuse: David Eugene Griffith, 20; and Stephen Michael Trotti; and Christine Lynn McNamara, 49.
Tampering with governmental record: Lydia Christine Stafford, 23
Burglary of a vehicle: Jason Lloyd Shaunesey, 23.
Felony theft: Lisa Louisa Semien, 41; Donald Powell Jr., 45; and Samuel Earl Mitchell, 38.
Acquiring a controlled substance by fraud: Krystle Dianna Simmons, 25.
Felony DWI: Jerry Allen Burkett, 41, of Vidor; Myra Terese Lavergne, 35; and Ty Wayne Evans, 40.
Debit card abuse: Linton Jamaine Pappillion, 30.
Fraudulent use of identifying information: Annette Chatman, 31.
