Games This Week

WEST ORANGE-STARK (8-0) over COLDSPRING (5-2) 6 P.M. Sat. at Deer Park—The undefeated and No. 3-ranked Mustangs rolled over the Trojans 51-14 in the opening round last year and shouldn’t have any more trouble with this bidistrict foe as they did last year at this time.

ANAHUAC over DEWEYVILLE—The Pirates are finishing their regular season against the top team in District 23-2A, the undefeated Anahuac Panthers. It would be a great momentum builder if the Pirates could pull of this upset on the road.

MCNEESE STATE over NORTHWESTERN STATE—The Cowboys appear to be back on track after suffering a couple of setbacks earlier this fall in Southland Conference play.  But the Demons have always given the Pokes plenty of trouble over the years, especially up in Natchitoches.
