When I heard about this Cheese Cake from Coco’s aunt, Enola, from Church Point, La. I just knew some of you would enjoy it.
Now I have to tell you, this is one I have never tried. However, according to Karl Royer, his aunt is the best cook in Church Point.
We got this from Karl’s wife, Kathy. She said it was really good. According to her, everyone in Church Point are good cooks.

• 1 box white cake mix
• 1 can condensed milk
• 1 can pet milk
• 6 wedges Velvetta cheese

Bake cake as directed on package in a 9×12 pan, when done, leave in pan and punch full of holes. While the cake is cooking put milk in saucepan, add cheese and melt on low heat so a not to burn the cheese. When cheese is melted, pour over cake. I hope you enjoy this unusual Cheese Cake. Von

P.S. I am looking for a pecan pie recipe that you cook in the microwave before putting it in a pie shell and baking it in the oven. I would appreciate it. You can send it by fax or drop it in the mail or send it to the Penny Record, they’ll get it to me. Thanks
