BC Grad dies in Nederland accident
The daughter of Bridge City Police Officer Jon Payne was killed in an auto accident around 11:30 p.m. Monday night, along with the driver of the car.
Eighteen year old Bliss Payne’s short life ended when a 24 year old Nederland man plowed into the driver’s side of the 2006 Toyota Corolla she was riding in, causing the Corolla to hit a tree. The car then spun around and landed a distance from the tree.

Bush said the accident is under investigation.
