Rosa LeBlanc, 89, of Vidor, died Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2008, at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor.
Funeral services were Saturday, Jan. 3, at the 5th Street location of Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.  Officiating was the Rev. David Hall of Pine Forest Baptist Church in Vidor. Burial followed at Del Rose Cemetery in Vidor.
Born in Center on Jan. 30, 1919, she was the daughter of Charles Henry and Phama (Anderson) Carlton.
Mrs. LeBlanc was a resident of Vidor for most of her life and was a homemaker.
Preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Adam LeBlanc and her daughter, Billie Marie Loignon,  Mrs. LeBlanc is survived by her son and daughter-in-law,  Charles and Betty Collum; sister, Marie Carlton Ellis, all of Vidor; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family would like to recognize the many friends and staff members at Oakwood Manor who were like family.
