Diversity and tradition guides 50th board of directors
Since 1959, many good people built the Bridge City Chamber. They laid the foundation from virtually every rank of the local business community and citizenship. Their faces and names along with the chronicles of their accomplishments are stored in one of their initiatives, the creation of the Bridge City Historical Museum. Today the Bridge City Chamber of Commerce remains a vibrant and active partner in the local business community.
Incoming officers and directors for 2009 include executive boardmembers Mark Dunn, president, Robert Simonton, president-elect, Misty Fountain, vice president, Debbie Britnell, treasurer, Anneita Piediscalzi, immediate past president and Janelle Sehon, executive vice president.
Board of directors are; Eric Andrus, Jerry McInnis, Christie Hale, Claudine Hogan, Donna Scales, Robert Sullivan, Ricky Land and Bette Smith. Alternates are Becky Andrews and Christie Teague.
