Cream cheese pound cake
I found this cake recipe while digging for something else, however, it really looked good. So here you are and I haven’t baked it as of yet.
Mert told me Sunday that she was going home after church and bake the barbecue from last week. Sure glad to hear that my recipes are being used. I really to need some more from the readers, please!
My favorite kind of cake is a bundt. Sure hope you enjoy.
8 ounces, cream cheese
3 large eggs
1 yellow cake mix
1 small box lemon or vanilla instant pudding
1/2 lemon extract
2 tablespoons lemon zest
3/4 cup milk
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, beat creme cheese at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating after each egg. In a separate bowl, mix together cake mix and pudding. In two or three intervals, add pudding cake mix powder alternately with milk into the cream-cheese mixture. Beat just until smooth. Gently stir in the lemon extract and zest. Pour batter into well-greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 50 minutes. Sounds gooder ‘n syrup. Von.
