Sue L. Reynolds, 59, of Atlanta, Kan., passed away Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, Feb, 28, at Autumn Oaks Memorial Park in the McLewis community of Orange. Officiating will be the Rev. Jeff Bell, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Port Acres. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m., Friday, at Dorman Funeral Home in Orange.

Born on April 22, 1949 in Drew, Miss. to William Felix Reynolds Sr. and Bertha Lula (Hawkins) Reynolds, she lived in the Orange area since 1967 and she moved to Kansas five years ago. Miss Reynolds had most previously worked as a groundskeeper for a landscaping company in the area, was of the Baptist faith and she had attended meetings of AA in Bridge City .

Preceded in death by her parents; sister, Ruby Turner;  brothers, William Felix Reynolds Jr. and Robert William Reynolds; step-brothers, Rex Reynolds and Kermit Reynolds and niece, Teresa Turner

Those who will most cherish her memory are her brother, Richard Reynolds of Orange; her very dear friend, Jack Rylant of Atlanta, Kan.; nieces, Elizabeth Ann Simmons of Indian Lake, Patsy J. Russell of Orange, Mary Jane Hanks and her husband Keith Allen of Orange and Melissa Bryan of Mobile, Ala. Miss Reynolds is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
