The Little Cypress Junior High School 7th grade basketball A team were recognized as district champs and awarded their trophy at this months Little Cypress-Mauriceville School Board meeting.

Undefeated in district play, they finished the season 15-1. Their only loss was in the Port Neches-Groves tournament championship game.
