Failure of a sex offender to register were among the charges released by the Orange County grand jury this week. Other charges include indictments for drug and forgery offenses, according to District Attorney John Kimbrough’s office. Individuals listed are from Orange unless otherwise noted.

James Monroe Tillery, 44, of Vidor; and Randy Griffin Jr., 43, unknown address are charged in separate cases with failure of a sex offender to register. 

Felony controlled substance charges went to Kimble Joseph Thibeaux, 42; and Tray Andre Bevelry, 25, both of Beaumont; Michael Lawrence Geral Jr., 42; and Alica Renee Berryhill, 45; and Marshall Ray Bronson, 40; both of Vidor;  Marlene Garcia, 31, and Garcia Ruben Alejandro, 33, both of Lilburn, Ga.; Pedro Enriquez Plata, 25, of Austin; and Cathy Leblanc Jordan, 41.

A felony possession of marijuana charge went to Damon Renel Spencer,  31, of Lafayette, La.

Charged with felony forgery are Kristin Rene Clark-Blundell, 27, of Vidor; and Angela Palmer Flannigan, 48, of Groves.

Felony criminal mischief : Randy Lee Terry, 28.
Retaliation: Melvin Lee Duhon Jr., 40.
Aggravated robbery: Robert Earl Poole, 38.
Credit card abuse: Robert Lloyd Laughlin, 36; and Angela Lucinda Ledoux Thibodeaux, 21, of Vidor.
Fraudulent use of indentifying information: Melody Lynn Henderson, 42.
Aggravated robbery: Marcus Lee Anthony Pitre, 32, of Sulphur, La.
Burglary of a building: Marcus Dwayne Dove, 38.
Burglary of a habitation: Regena Ranell Boyett, 35.
Robbery: Sean Michael Grutsch, 22, of Bridge City.
Unlawful possession of firearm by felon, and felony evading arrest or detention: Rogery Wayne Mills Jr., 27, of Ottawa, Kan.
