Orange men arrested in drug raids Tuesday
According to Det. Chad Hogan of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, they were joined today, by the Orange Police Department while executing a search warrant at 208 Dewey St. in Orange.
Upon entering the home officers found approximately 23 pounds of marijuana along with several weapons. There was also assorted drug paraphernalia located inside the residence. The suspect, a 35 year old black male, was not at home at the time of the warrant but was located at another location, 908 John St. across from Anderson Elementary School where another three pounds of marijuana was found. Calvin Joseph Lewis was arrested for possession of marijuana in a drug free zone.
Charles Sezawich, a 43 year old white male, was also taken into custody when found to be in possession of “crack” cocaine. He was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.
Both suspects were transported to the Orange County Jail.
“The Orange County Sheriff’s Office will continue to diligently combat the drug activities that occur in the neighborhoods and other areas of Orange County,” stated Det. Hogan in a press release.
