Felix Roy Hebert, 87, of Bridge City, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2009.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange, with Pastor Dale Lee of the Cowboy Church officiating. Entombment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves .

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
Felix was born in Port Arthur on June 24, 1921, and had lived in Bridge City for 48 years. He retired from Texaco Refinery after 36 years of service and was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church in Bridge City. Felix was an Army veteran of World War II, where he served as an exterior guard for the 74th Station Hospital.

Preceded in death by his son, Eddie Dean Istre and great granddaughter, Jayla Skye Cogar, Felix leaves behind his wife of 55 years, Nettie Lucille Hebert; daughters, Lucy Casey and her husband, Glenn, Debbie Istre Guillot, Rosemary Hebert McClanahan, Louise Hebert; son, Felix C. Hebert and his wife, Amy; 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
