Orange police continue to investigate two deaths in Orange since Sunday.

A preliminary autopsy showed that Billy Glenn Harris, 71, died of a gunshot wound, according to Orange Police Maj. Mike Broussard.

Harris lived at the location where he was shot.

Police found Harris’ body about 6 p.m. Sunday at 518-C Dupont Drive. Precinct 3 Justice of the Peace Janice Menard ordered an autopsy.

The body found in Jett Cemetery Monday evening was ruled a suicide. The man was around 60 years old and had died from a gunshot wound, Broussard said.

His name has not been released. An autopsy is pending.
