Orangefield Elementary first graders took a step forward in time Friday and dressed as future career people. 

Career day was the culminating activity to wrap up their ecomomics unit in social studies.

Economics, a word rarely familiar to first graders a couple of years ago, is one heard often by people of all ages. Students learned about needs and wants, work and jobs, and goods and services.
