In excess of 100 marijuana plants were discovered at the home of Thomas Edward Sonnier Monday afternoon.

Another suspect, Shelley Preble, a 39 year old Orange resident was transported to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office for questioning. Charges are pending on her at this time.
The marijuana plants were seized and will be transported to the Jefferson County Crime Lab for analysis. The marijuana and seized equipment has an approximate value of over $100,000. The investigation is continuing and more arrests and charges are possible.
