Admission tickets for $50 have been added to attend the Sixth annual Orange County Celebrity Roast featuring County Judge Carl Thibodeaux, set for Oct. 15 at the newly-remodeled Bridge City Community Center. Proceeds benefit the Bridge City Chamber of Commerce.

Seating in the general admission section is based on availability. Group seating cannot be guaranteed, and seating is limited. Individual tickets with better seating can also be purchased for $100. Table sponsorships are still available. Deadline for reservations is Friday at 3 p.m.

The main menu is “all you can eat” seafood or chicken-sausage gumbo with all the trimmings catered by Van Choate’s Tuffy’s. There will also be a silent auction. Table sponsorships come with Cajun decor, souvenirs and extras – and provide the best locations.
The Cajun theme is reflected in the sponsorships. The front row Les Acadians tables sit 10 guests and include two commemorative centerpieces, plus 10 souvenir “koozies” and recognition. The Cajun table sits eight and includes the same with eight souvenir “koozies.” The Creole tables seat four with one centerpiece and the extras. An honorary Cajun gets a table for two with extras and recognition. Media representatives should RSVP by 3 p.m. Friday.

Roasters include District Judge Buddie Hahn, Bridge City Mayor Kirk Roccaforte, Thibodeaux’s children Erin Davison, Tanya Molley and Tyler Thibodeaux and Record Newspapers Publisher Roy Dunn.
