Heather Spring McCoy married Austin Daniel Smith in a 6 p.m. ceremony Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, at the Chateau Bellevue in Austin, Texas, officiated by the Rev. Rob A. Coffman.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. Randy McCoy and wife Monica of Orange and the granddaughter of Wynne Winner and the late Ken Winner of Orange and Shirley McCoy and the late Bill McCoy of Burnet, Texas. She was a 1998 graduate of West Orange Stark High School and obtained a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications from Texas State University in San Marcos.

The groom is the son of Dr. Randy Smith and wife Elaine of College Station and the grandson of Terry and Bobbie Smith and Larry and Kathleen Smith, all of Houston. He was a 1999 graduate of A & M Consolidated High School in College Station and earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Texas State University in San Marcos.

Attending the bride as maid of honor was her sister Wendy McCoy. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Winner, Jessi Mojica, Cheryl Kaderli and Sara Palacios with Weslie Warmink serving as flower girl.
Zachary Smith, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Kenney McCoy, brother of the bride, Paul Mojica, John Hoysa and Daniel Olson and included Grayden Warmink as ring bearer.

The Chateau Bellevue was also the reception site.
Following their honeymoon in Europe, with stays in Paris and London, the couple will reside in Austin.
