Elvin “Fuzzy” Earl Keith Sr., 81, of Silsbee died Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009 at Holiday Pines Nursing Home in Woodville. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 19, at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, at the funeral home.  

A native of Fairhope, Ala., he was a longtime resident of Vidor before moving to Silsbee in 1996. He was a retired pipefitter with Local #195. 

Fuzzy was preceded in death by his wife, Delores Keith; son, Samuel Keith; daughter, Peggy Keith; parents, James and Sybil Keith; brother, Jack Keith; sister, Bessie Ivy; granddaughter, Cheryl Keith; and great-granddaughter Jordan Keith. 

He is survived by his sons, Elvin Earl Keith Jr and his wife, Debbie of Sour Lake, James Franklin Keith and his wife, Marilyn, Billy Gene Keith all of Silsbee, Mike Keith of Vidor, Robert Keith and his wife, Barbara of Buna, and Dan Keith of Vidor; sister, Margie Martinere of Fairhope; eighteen grandchildren, and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
