The conference was held on the Ocoee High School campus and included 1100 students.

While at the conference, students networked with others and attended workshops on leadership as well as student council-based projects consisting of Energy and Environment, Drug, Alcohol, Safety and Health, Pride and Patriotism, and Community Service.

The council is supported by LC-M High School, Central Office Administration and  the LC-M school board.
