Steven Ray Sepulvado, 43, passed away Sunday, Dec. 20, 2009, surrounded by his family and friends.  

A private burial, officiated by Rev. Timothy Hurd, was conducted Monday at St. Ann Catholic Cemetery in Ebarb, La. In lieu of flowers, Mr. Sepulvado requested that everyone “Commit to Life” by giving blood.

Steven was born Dec. 14, 1966, and was raised in Orange by his parents George Marlon and Ann Sepulvado. He was a graduate of West Orange High School, Lamar University and Stephen F. Austin University. He attended St. Henry Catholic Church in Bridge City, St. Mary Catholic Church in Orange and St. Ann Church in Ebarb.

He was preceded in death by brother Ted Sepulvado and sister Loretta Lauzon.

He is survived by his wife, Becky LaFleur Sepulvado, their children (Garrett, Jolee, Aimee), and his son, Nate Casebeer; brothers (Dr. Howard Sepulvado and wife Polly, Robert Sepulvado, Michael Sepulvado, Mark Sepulvado and wife Lana) and sisters (Barbara Hanrahan, Carol Camara, and Janet Widmer and husband Dave). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
