A Vidor man has been charged with possession of child pornography in Orange County grand jury indictments released Friday by District Attorney John Kimbrough. 

He is David Carl Young, 48, in a case described by prosecutors as occurring in September, 2009. Young is also charged with sexual assault in an incident from July, 2009.

Also charged with sexual assault is Richard William Riojas, 23, of Orange. He also faces charges of felony possession of marijuana and felony possession of a controlled substance.

Other indictments include:

Mary Kathleen Fitzpatrick, 48, of Vidor; and Holli Spring Buxton, 34, of Orange are charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.

Charged with delivery of a controlled substance are Brandon James Howell, 25; and Cody Paul Lejuhn, 30, both of Vinton, La.
DWI with a child passenger charges went to David Jeremy Gomez, 33, of Groves.

• Credit card abuse: Jannie Marie Foster, 45, of Orange.

• Felony evading arrest or detention: David Nehemiah Diaz, 28, of Orange.

• Aggravated assault: Dewey Elton Smith, 43, of Vidor.

• Felony DWI, felony evading arrest or detention: Robert Timothy Droddy, 35, of Vidor.

• Aggravated assault: Eric Wayne Erickson, 29, of Vidor.

• Felony theft: Savannah Sue Cagle, 20, of Orange.

• Burglary of a building: Silas Termaine Johnson, 25, of Orange; Darren Dewayne Denbow, 28, of Vidor.

• Felony forgery: Ronny Eugene McNorton, 23, of Vidor.

• Burglary of a habitation: Joey Paul Reed, 31, transient.

• Unlawful possession of firearm by felon, burglary of a habitation: Gerald Dewayen Bemis, 31, of Orange; Danyelle Renee Young, 26, of Vidor.

• Robbery: Ronald Lea Love, 21, of Vidor.

• Felony assault: Randall Paul Johnson, 51, of Vidor.

• Injury to a child: April Rechelle Hoffman, 34, of Vidor.
