I can hardly wait until Strawberry season is open. I just love strawberry pie or just strawberries and cream. In the mean time, I have a good strawberry dish for you again.

• 2 boxes of strawberry gelatin
• 2 small boxes frozen strawberries
• 2 medium bananas, mashed
• 1 cup nut meat
• 1 small carton sour cream
• 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve gelatin in two cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries until thawed. Add crushed pineapple, nuts and mashed bananas. Stir. Pour 1/2 of mixture into a 12x7x1.1/2 Pyrex dish. Put dish in refrigerator until gelled. (About an hour) Keep remainder of Jello on back of stove so it won’t gel. Remove Pyrex dish from refrigerator once mixture is gelled. Cover with sour cream. Pour remainder of mixture over sour cream. Put this back in the refrigerator until gelled. Serve. Lorine.
