Raburn named to Roll of Fame
With perfect attendence since joining the Rotary Club of Bridge City-Orangefield in 1995, Lou Raburn has served as secretary, president and has been treasurer for six years. Raburn has served on numerous committees including: foundation, scholarship,
fundraising and audit committees.
She was named Rotarian of the Year 1997, 1999 and 2005. She is a Multiple Paul Harris Fellow and sustaining member. Raburn’s outstanding support of the Rotary Club earned her a nomination to the “Roll of Fame.”
She and her husband, Joe are members of First Baptist Church in Bridge City. Together they have seven children.
Raburn is past president of the Bridge City Chamber of Commerce and a Lifetime Ambassador. She served on the advisory board at Baptist Orange Hospital, served on Bridge City’s planning and zoning; and park committees.
Recipient of the Sam Walton Business Leader Award, Raburn, of Luv’s Lingerie was named to the National Registry of Who’s Who of Executives and Professionals.
