Pinehurst Police Department report
According to Officer Mike Dempsey of the Pinehurst Police Department A gasoline powered pressure washer valued at $300 was removed by unknown person(s) from a residence in the 300 block of Cardinal in Pinehurst.
Dempsey also conducted an accident investigation Thursday on the Interstate 10 feeder road at Adams Bayou. Reprotedly a white male drove his vehicle into Adams Bayou after falling asleep while driving.
A burglary was reported in the 1900 block of 30th Street. Unknown person(s) entered an outside building and removed two Shindaiwa weed trimmers, and a Shindaiwa edger valued at approximately $450. Officer Mike Dempsey responded to the call.
Dempsey responded, in regards to an assault, to a business located in the 2900 block of MacArthur Drive. The victim reported he was assaulted by a white male whom he had contracted to work for him. The investigation continues.
An assault was reported in the 1600 block of Shady Lane in Pinehurst. Officer Mark Grizzaffi arrested Lance Joel Marks, 22, for class a assault and transported to the Orange County Jail for booking.
Grizzafi also responded to 3801 Pheasant in reference to warrant service. Hazel Felix Branham, 38, was arrested for an AFRS (Affidavit for Release of Surities) warrant and a fail to appear warrant issued by Judge Johnson, County Court at Law # 2. He was transported to Orange County Jail for booking.
Officer Leonard Roff responded to the Orange Parole Office located at 851 Dal Sasso in Pinehurst. Steven Ray Odom, 37, was arrested for an outstanding parole violation warrant. He was transported to the Orange County Jail for booking.
