Murder topped the list of true bills of indictment returned by the Orange County Grand Jury Wednesday, Aug. 25 and released to the media Friday by the district attorny’s office. Other charges incuded forgery, robbery and evadiang arrest. and possession of a controlled substance. A persons are from Orange unless otherwise indicated.

Charged with murder is William Baker Bibb, 35, of Kountze. Charged with felony forgery are Chelsea Hanks, 27, Nara Ouch, 24 (2 counts), Travis Wayne Austin, 36, of Houston, Shawn Nicole Lee, 33, of Houston, Christian Penigar, 37, also of Houston, and Adrian Selso Ochoa, 59, of Vidor. Charged with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance is Renee Charlot, 43, Kevin Scott Holmes, 23, of Bridge City and Freda Faye Renee Reynolds, 25; Felony Theft, Amber Boylene Winn, 22, of Bridge City and Christine Marie Zimmerli, 33, of Vidor. Charged with Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information is Chad Shields, 36. Teisha Lynn Williams-Santibanez, 39 is charged with four counts of Robbery and Felony Evading Arrest or Detention. Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger was David Ray Pointe, 43. Kenneth Wayne Price, 25 was charged with two casses of Theft of a Firearm. Charged with Burglary of a Habitation was Brandon Scott Aldridge, 22, of Vidor. Charged with Felony Possession of Marijuana was Jamichael Deshawn Bob, 19.
