Frank A. Guarnere, 82, of Vidor died Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2010 at Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Saturday, August 28 at Eastgate United Pentecostal Church in Vidor under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial  at Williamson Cemetery in Vidor.

A native of Beaumont, he has lived in Vidor since 1957 and was a retired operator with Texaco Refinery after 21 years of faithful service. He served his country in the U. S. Army-Air Corp.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Mary Guarnere; brothers, Jerry V. Guarnere, and Vincent Guarnere; and his sister, Carmaleen Suire.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Guarnere; sons, Ronald C. Guarnere and Donald W. Guarnere; daughters, Debra L. Wilson and Angela D. Smith all of Vidor; brother, J. D. Guarnere of Nederland; 13 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
