Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hussy of Nederland announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Lynn Hussy, to Aaron Paul McGuire, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steven McGuire of Orange.

Hussy is a 2005 graduate of Nederland High School and graduated from Lamar State College - Port Arthur. She holds an Associates degree as a legal assistant and is now employed by Sheigh E. Summerlin, Attorney at Law.

McGuire is a 2003 graduate of Bridge City High School and graduated from Lamar Institute of Technology. He is employed by TOTAL Petrochemicals.

The couple plans to marry at 7 p.m. on Oct. 9 at St. Charles Catholic Church in Nederland.
