Greg The Trainer
We all have cravings for snacks throughout the day. Many of us have them 3,4 or 5 times and we satisfy them to a tune of way too much trans fat, saturated fat and sodium. All of which is bad for you.
Well here it is for you in one place for 50 great snacks all of which are 125 calories or less and without all of the bad stuff.
