Orangefield Elementary recently held its annual fall book fair and was successful in raising over $1,800 in the books program.

Local businesses which included G&G construction, Mc-O construction, Entergy, Flow-Kleen, Zunigas restaurant, Four Seasons, Guilbeaux’s wrecker and towing service, and the students helped raise the money.

The money raised helps provide students with books. The scholastic department matched the money raised and donated the money to charitable organizations, such as toys for tots.
