UPDATE – Man suffers severe trauma in one car accident
According to a report from the Department of Public Safety, Cullen Markell Snell, 20, who lost control of his vehicle on Friday, died Saturday at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
Snell was driving east on FM 2802 in Mauriceville and lost control of his Ford F250, and left the roadway. The truck rolled three times when it left the roadway ejecting Snell, just before midnight Thursday night.
Cullen Snell, who was in his early 20’s, was airlifted to St. Elizabeth Hospital in critical condition. It was reported Snell suffered severe head injuries at the time of the accident. The report states Snell was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
