Floyd Collins, 84, of Orange, died Monday, Jan. 3, at Pinehurst Nursing and Rehab. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 6, at Orange Forest Lawn Cemetery in West Orange. Officiating will be the Rev. Herb Thompson of First Baptist Church in West Orange.
Floyd was born in San Augustine, Texas on September 18, 1926. He worked as a welder and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Kenneth Bryan; grandchildren, Dena Bryan, Robert Bryan, and David Bryan; great-granddaughter, Emily Bryan; and sister, Fredia Sullivan.
