On Saturday, Jan. 29, Forman Otto Hill 74, passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness.

Visitation will be held at Trout Creek Church, Kirbyville, Texas on Wednesday, Feb. 2, at 1:00 pm with the funeral service immediately following at 3:00 pm. Interment will follow at Trout Creek Cemetery.

He was born on July 5, 1936 to R.V. and Forman Hill in Galveston, Texas. He was in the United States Army and served his country in Korea. He was married to the love of his life, Maralea Pipes for 51 years. They made their home and raised 3 children in Bridge City, Texas. After retiring from Fina Refinery where he worked for 31 years they moved to Lake Livingston.

He is survived by his wife Maralea, his daughters Diana Clark and husband, Mark Clark, of Nacogdoches, Deedra Moon and husband, John Moon of Baytown and son, Ron Hill and wife, Stacy Hill of Missouri City; his grandchildren Westley Clark, Whitney Clark, Aaron Moon, Lauren Moon, Joshua Hill and Amy Hill; his sister, Janic Harrison King of Richmond and his brother, Charles Randall (Randy) Harrison of Orange and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was an active and faithful member of Central Baptist Church in Livingston. The family is indebted to all the members of the church for their support through Forman’s illness.
