The Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the Mardi Gras Krewe of Krewe’s Grande Parade on Saturday, Feb. 26. The community is encouraged to participate in this traditional Mardi Gras Parade with illuminated floats, decorated trailers and Krewe members tossing beads, cups and trinkets to enthusiastic spectators. Come and enjoy Historical Downtown Orange and the Spirit of Mardi Gras.

The parade will start at 5 p.m. on the corner of Green Avenue and Simmons Drive in Orange and will wind its way through the historical streets of downtown Orange. The parade is free and open to the public.

Those wishing to participate in the parade must have applications and the $100 entry fee turned in to the Chamber office by end of business on Feb. 16. Applications can be picked up at the Chamber office. A mandatory drivers meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 23 at the Chamber office.
