Orange Aaron Joseph “Bird” Lesmeister, 22, of Orange, died Saturday, June 20, 2009. A memorial gathering will be held from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Friends are invited to a visitation with the family from 5-9 p.m. on Friday, at the funeral home.  A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.

Aaron was born in Port Arthur on Feb. 24, 1987, the son of Joey and Vallie Lesmeister. He was a graduate of West Orange-Stark High School and worked for Domino’s Pizza.

Aaron was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marjorie and August Lesmeister and Gloria and A.J. Lemoine.

He survived by his parents, Joey and Vallie Lesmeister of Orange; son Mavrick Charles Lesmeister-Bennight and Mavrick’s mother, Kelsey Bennight, both of Bridge City; brother, James Lesmeister of Tijeras, N. M.; sisters, Christina Guyote of Bridge City and Hillary Brown of Austin.

Also surviving are his nephews and niece, Chason Burch, Chrislyn Burch, Triton Guyote, Jason Brown as well as numerous aunts and uncles.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be David Zerko, Rylon Lona, Mitch James, Clint Lloyd, Kyle Manuel, Dustin Barnes and C.J. Lichenstein.

Cremation arrangements will be under the direction of Claybar Haven of Rest Crematory.
