The Bridge City High School Cardinal Singers participated in UIL Solo and Ensemble Contest held Friday, Feb. 25 at Nederland High School. All eight ensemble members and two soloists brought home gold medals and will advance to Texas State Solo and Ensemble Contest in May.

Receiving a superior rating on solos were Kristin Ivey and Joshua Scales.

The women’s ensemble includes Kristin Ivey, Miranda Goodman, Megan Croaker and Haley Jenkins. The Men’s ensemble includes Joshua Scales, Bruce Wright, Jake Dionne and Ryke Moore. The group is under the direction of Mrs. Tina Bernard.
