Sandra F. Patsfield, 69, of Orange, passed away on Monday, March 14, at Dubuis Hospital in Port Arthur. She was born Oct. 17, 1941 to Genevieve Ducrest Toerner and Isaac Toerner in Port Arthur.

She lived most of her life in Port Arthur before moving to the Orange area 10 years ago. Sandra graduated from Bishop Byrne High School in 1960. She worked as a bookkeeper/office manager for several different companies before she retired. Sandra was affiliated with St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Port Arthur.

Visitation will be on Thursday, March 17, 2011 from 4 PM to 7 PM with a Memorial Service to be held at 7 PM in the Clayton Memorial Chapel at Clayton Thompson. Arrangements for cremation are entrusted to Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her step-father, Milton C. Miles and her brother, Glenn Toerner.

She is survived by her daughter, Joy McCoy of Orange; her sons, James Patsfield III of Uniontown, PA., John Patsfield, Sr. of Orange, Jason Patsfield and his wife, Lorie of Orange, along with their father, James Patsfield, Jr. of Orange.

She is also survived by her grandchildren, Meagan Santos and husband Andrew, Phillip Cupples II, Genevieve Cupples, Aaron McCoy, Dakota Patsfield, John Patsfield, Ian Patsfield, Sean Patsfield and two great grandchildren, Morgan and Emily Santos.
