Orange County Grand Jury indicts 30

The Orange County Grand Jury met on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 and returned 30 indictments. The leading indictment was for William Edward Mounts III for debit card abuse. The other indictments are as follows:

Allen Wayne Swiere, of Bridge City, felony theft;

Rickie Warren Bennett, of Port Arthur, felony theft;

James Wesley Legendre Jr., of Vidor, burglary of a habitation;

Corey James Swiney, of Bridge City, felony theft;

Joy Lynelle Richard, of Orange, felony theft;

Jaqueline Denise Jones, felony theft;

Taj Kareem Bass, of Orange, burglary of a habitation;

Chadwick Alan McMillen, of Orange, burglary of a building;

Rondal Leroy Nobles, of Mansura, La., burglary of a building;

Derrick Allen Tregre, Bridge City, of felony possession of a controlled substance;

Victor Emanuel Parker, felony possession of marijuana;

Dontrel Dan Johnson, of Houma, La., felony possession of marijuana;

Terry Lynn Dove, of Orange, felony possession of marijuana;

Matthew Warren Ash, of Orange, driving while intoxicated with a child passenger;

Mark Edward Leavings, of Vidor, felony theft;

Sonya Elizabeth Sanchez, of Montgomery, Texas, driving while intoxicated with a child passenger;

Randy Earl Taylor, of Vidor, felony theft;

Timothy Brenton Laird, of Oakdale, La., felony possession of marijuana;

Thomas Charles Jones, of Silsbee, felony possession of a controlled substance;

Alvin Lee Leleaux, of Starks, La., felony possession of a controlled substance;

Bryan Michael Verdine; Starks, La, felony possession of controlled substance;

Jason Merritt Johnson, of Bridge City, felony possession of controlled substance;

Megan Nicole King, of Beaumont, felony possession of controlled substance;

Sandy Ann Curtis, of Orange, felony possession of a controlled substance;
