The Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce announced plans for the 2nd annual Business Expo and Golf Tournament on Monday, May 2, 2011 at The Sunset Groves Country Club located at 2900 W. Sunset Dr., in Orange, Texas. The tournament is limited to 136 golfers, and all golfers will receive complimentary beverages, food, complimentary use of the driving range, 18 holes of golf, shared power cart, with prizes and tournament gifts for everyone.

The Business Expo is designed to provide the Greater Orange Area businesses and entrepreneurs with the opportunity to showcase their products and services in an effort to expand their consumer base. Additionally, through the Small Business Expo, participating businesses and entrepreneurs will be able to build key relationships with fellow business owners and obtain valuable information from successful, knowledgeable professionals.

The Business Expo will be held on Monday, May 2, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. All aspiring GOACC members are invited to be a part of these events. The cost to become an exhibitor is $100. The Business Expo was designed for small companies with 250 or less employees. 

“This annual event gives us an opportunity to work together with our Greater Orange Area community, staff, chamber members and Board of Directors towards a common goal which benefits the entire Greater Orange Area,” noted Ida Schassow, Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce, President.  “We are looking forward to hosting our 2nd annual event on May 2nd and appreciate the continued support shown by the participants and sponsors of this very worthwhile fundraising activity,” added Schassow.
