Orange police were dispatched Saturday morning to 1410 Main St. in Orange. Officers C.J. Arnold and Byrun Perry spoke to the victim upon arrival, who told them that sometime during the night personal property had been stolen from him.

The victim told police he was asleep inside the residence when his property was stolen. He also told police he does not live at the residence, and had only stayed one night. He stated that he was accompanied by the resident who was occupying the house.

They were believed to be the only two persons inside the house during the night.

The victim completed a witness statement and does wish to pursue charges if any suspects are identified.
