Friends, family and co-workers of Theresa Fillyaw

gathered on Wednesday, April 6, to honor her memory by dedicating a tree

in Legacy Park; a project of the Little Cypress-Mauriceville Education

Foundation, Inc. to honor those who are or have been affiliated with LCM

schools. Theresa taught at Little Cypress Elementary from 2005 to 2007.

In her comments to those attending the ceremony, Dr. Pauline Hargrove,

LCM Superintendent emphasized that although there for a short time,

Theresa made an enormous impact on and contribution to the students and

staff with whom she worked.
