On Thursday, April 20, at approximately 1:45 p.m., Orange County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Officers along with the Orange County Area Law Enforcement SWAT Team executed a narcotics search and arrest warrant at 1805 Concord Road in Vidor.

After an investigation into the illegal possession and distribution of methamphetamine and other controlled substances, Narcotics Investigators were able to secure a search and arrest warrant. Upon searching the residence, Investigators located approximately four grams of methamphetamine which has a street value of approximately $600. Officers also seized numerous items of drug paraphernalia and contraband.

Lucretia Ann East, W/F 37, and Devin Alan Dodge, W/M, 38, both residents of Vidor were arrested and transported to the Orange County Correctional Facility. Devin Dodge was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and bond was set at $20,000. Lucretia East was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $500.
