Robert Garcia,
45, has been added to the Texas Most Wanted Sex Offender list. Garcia
is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender. Authorities say he
is a high-risk sex offender who is considered highly likely to reoffend.
Garcia,
who was last seen in Lubbock, has been convicted of sexual assault and
attempted murder. He is known to change addresses frequently. He does
not have a driver license. Garcia has several tattoos, including
“GARCIA” tattooed on his back, as well as a picture of a grim reaper and
“LIZ” on his forearms.
DPS and the Governor’s Criminal Justice Division are offering a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to Garcia’s arrest.
