Last week I gave you a recipe for a smoothie ice-cream cake. Some of you might not have the time to put that together, so I thought I would give you this simple and fast recipe. If you pick up these few items next time you go to the grocery store, you will be amazed how fast and easy this dessert is to make. Especially if you have unexpected guest arrive. Happy eating!

1 pkg.(8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cup of cold milk
1 pkg.(3.4 oz.) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 ½ cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
24 Nilla Wafers, coarsely chopped
1 ½ cups of seasonal berries (strawberries, blueberries)

Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix; mix well. Whisk in one cup Cool Whip.

Layer half each of wafers, berries and pudding mixture in eight parfait glasses. Repeat layers.
Tip: Use fancy brandy or other pretty glasses to look simply amazing.
