Frank Thomas Hennigan, age 49, a native of Orange, and a resident of Baton Rouge, passed quietly in his sleep Saturday, Oct. 1, at his residence.

He was a computer programmer/specialist, having earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciende from Lamar University, Beaumont. He was detailed oriented and enjoyed doing research in many areas of interest. He loved reading, fishing and enjoyed sitting and watching a really good movie. He will loving be remembered as being kind-hearted, quiet and very cerebral.

He is survived by his mother and father, Grant and Meryl Hennigan of Fields, LA; sister JoAnna Jester and husband Les Jester of Orange; brother John Hennigan and wife Cindy of Baton Rouge; nieces, Ashley Torbert, Emaley Torbert and Leslie Jester all of Orange.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Frank and Ruth Hennigan; maternal grandparents Alvie and Alice Williams.

Visitation will be on Tuesday Oct. 4, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Christensen Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be Tuesday Oct. 4, at 2:00 pm with the the Rev. David Berkheimer officiating, at Christensen Funeral Home. Burial will be at Hyatt Cemetery in Fields, Louisiana.
