Last Saturday, 48 sixth grade students from Bridge City Middle School competed in the Orange County Livestock Art Contest held in Mauriceville. Several area middle schools also participated in the event as well, with well over 150 entrants. There was a total of seven ribbons awarded and BCMS walked away with four of them.

“I am extremely proud of all of my students and their artwork,” Lisa Faulk, art teacher at BCMS, said. “They put a lot of time, effort, and hard work into their drawing. They were all extremely excited to have the opportunity to enter this contest.”
