The City of Orange Fire Department responded at 2:12 am, to a report of a house fire at 4314 Bob Hall Road.

An Orange Police Officer patrolling in the area arrived first and reported that flames were visible.

Fire crews who were first on the scene, determined that all residents were safely out of the house and began extinguishing the fire with water carried on the truck.

Three fire engines responded but only one was used to extinguish the fire. No injuries were reported and the fire is under investigation by the Fire Marshal.

The cause of the fire is not considered to be suspicious.
