Monday, Jan. 16, Orange police were dispatched to Northway Park, in reference to a white male in the area who may have been looking for his ex-girlfriend’s current boyfriend who he possibly holds a grudge against.

Upon arrival to the park at 6:55 am, Officer Byrun Perry observed the white male in the parking area. The man, who was identified as Marvin Stefko, Jr., 32, of Orange, became belligerent with officers, and began to use foul language.

Since this language in a public place tends to incite a breach of the peace, and that several citizens were present, Stefko was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct.

Stefko was transported to the Orange County Jail, and released to the staff.
