Thursday, March 8, Officer Jeffery Busby was dispatched to the area of 5th St. and Knox Ave. in reference to a disturbance.

Upon arrival to the area, Officer Busby observed a large group of black males and black females standing in the roadway.

After the group began to disperse, Officer Busby observed a black male, who was known to him as Jacorey Walker, 22, of Orange. Walker was standing in the roadway, which was creating a traffic obstruction.

Upon observing the traffic obstruction, Walker was ordered by Captain J. Davis to leave the roadway, at which time Walker walked off the road and then walked right back into the roadway and stood.

Due to the fact that Walker was causing a traffic obstruction, and disobeyed an order to move off the roadway, he was placed into custody for obstructing a highway or other passageway.

Walker was transported to the Orange County Jail, where he was released to the jail staff and booked.
